TED ROBINSON

Head Trainer

With seven NRCHA Open Snaffle Bit Futurity World Championships and two World's Greatest Horseman titles to his name, Ted Robinson is the winningest rider in the history of the reined cowhorse. Ted has broken every record in the NRCHA and is an inductee in the NRCHA Hall of Fame and maintains a legendary winning status in the sport of Reined Cow Horse.

JIMMY DEAN THORBURY

Assistant Trainer

Jimmy Dean Thorbury works closely with Ted Robinson and has been an avid horse rider his whole life; he credits Ted for his love of horses and continued horsemanship.

Having worked in Arizona on cow and calf operations, Jimmy Dean joined Coal Creek Ranch as our Assistant Trainer and regularly competes for the ranch at NRCHA events.

JOSH WHITE & WILLIE RICHARDSON

Ranch Manager & Assistant Ranch Manager

Josh White (right) is our brilliant Ranch Manager, and ensures the ranch continues to operate like a well-oiled machine. A Colorado native, Josh spent some time in Nebraska before returning to his home state.

Willie Richardson (left) is our Assistant Ranch Manager. Willie grew up on the ranches of Ouray and Montrose, and naturally went into a career training horses, quickly becoming a championship horse trainer.
